7 days, money back, no argument. If the software didn’t do what you hoped, email support@forgetweaks.com within 7 days of buying and we’ll refund you. You don’t have to prove anything or justify it.
Why we can afford to say that
Forge Tweaks benchmarks your machine before and after and shows you both numbers. If the numbers didn’t move, the report says so — we don’t need you to argue the point, because the measurement already settled it. FrameForge writes a self-check that reports your rendered frame rate against the frames actually delivered. Either it doubled or it didn’t.
There is also a free tier that benchmarks your machine before you spend anything. We would rather you found out that way.
How to ask
Email support@forgetweaks.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. That is the whole process. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.
Because Gumroad processes payments as merchant of record, the refund is issued through them, and their name is what you’ll see on the reversal.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don’t pro-rate part-months, and we don’t charge you again after you cancel. A lifetime licence has nothing to cancel — it does not renew.
When we may decline
We may refuse a refund where a licence has been shared, resold or published, or where someone is repeatedly buying and refunding. That is about abuse, not about you changing your mind.
Your rights are bigger than this policy
The 7-day window above is something we offer in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it does not replace them and cannot take them away.
If you are a consumer, the software comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Those rights are not limited to 7 days, and nothing on this page or in our terms changes them.
If you are outside Australia, your local consumer law may give you similar or greater rights, and we will honour those too.
